I'm always excited when I have a 2 row repeat pattern to share with you guys because they are fun and easy. This week I have something even better- a 1 row repeat pattern! The Suzette Stitch is a super simple crochet stitch that looks more complicated than it is.

If you are familiar and comfortable with the Single Crochet, Double Crochet, and skipping stitches, The Suzette Stitch will come easily for you!

I've seen The Suzette Stitch be confused with The Tulip Stitch. They look similar but The Suzette Stitch is a little different and easier in ,my opinion.

The Suzette Stitch Pattern

Begin with an odd number of chains.

Row 1: Single crochet in the 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across to end of row. Ch 1, turn.

Row 2: Work a hdc in the first st. Do not sk a st, work a sc and dc in the next st. sk a st, work a sc and dc in the next st. Repeat from across to the last 2 sts.Sk a st, work a hdc in the final st. Ch 1, turn.

Row 3: Work a hdc in the first st. Sk a st, work a sc and dc in the next st. Repeat from across. Work a hdc in the last remaining st.

Row 3- 21: Repeat row 3.
