The Cordate Throw

A simple, beginner friendly pattern made with chunky yarn to work up quickly. This blanket is COZY. The Cordate Throw's name is inspired by it's heart- shaped stitches.

Materials

  • 9.00 mm- US size 13, 42" circular needles

  • Yarn Bee, Effortless, Color: Spring Rain, 620 yds

  • Scissors

  • Darning needle

Final Size

55" x 45"

Pattern Cast on 108.

Row 1-3 K across.

Row 4 K5, *p2, k2. Repeat from * across until 3 stitches remain. K3.

Row 5 K3, p2, *k2, p2. Repeat from * across until 3 stitches remain. K3.

Row 6 Repeat row 5.

Row 7 Repeat row 4.

Rows 8- 171 Repeat rows 4-7.

Rows 172- 174 K across. At the end of row 174, cast off.
